Will Simone Biles Make History at the US Gymnastics Championships?

Simone Biles is set to compete in the US Gymnastics Championships in San Jose, California, over the next three days. The 26-year-old has a chance to make history by becoming the only gymnast, male or female, to win eight US all-around titles. Currently, she is tied with Alfred Jochim with seven titles. This competition will be Biles' first major event since her return to gymnastics earlier this month after a two-year hiatus. She won in impressive fashion at the Core Hydration Classic.

Biles will be performing in the balance beam and floor exercise on Friday, and she will take on the vault and uneven bars on Sunday. The coverage of the championships will be aired domestically on NBC and Peacock, with international viewers being able to watch on the USA Gymnastics YouTube channel.

Not only will Biles be competing, but former Auburn gymnastics star Suni Lee will also be a contender. Lee, who won an Olympic gold medal in the all-around in 2021, is making her mark in international competition. She will be competing on Friday and Sunday, with her events being televised on Peacock, CNBC, and NBC.
