One person dead and six injured in shooting at Minneapolis house show

A shooting at a DIY venue in Minneapolis on Friday night has left one person dead and six others injured. The shooting took place at Nudieland, a popular punk show venue, and occurred around 10 PM. According to Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara, the authorities believe that one person was targeted by the shooter or shooters. Two suspects were seen fleeing the scene, but it is yet to be confirmed if there were two shooters. Of the six injured individuals transported to the hospital, one man's injuries were deemed potentially life-threatening. The identity of the deceased has not been revealed by the police.

A GoFundMe campaign has been set up in support of the deceased's partner, Caitlin Angelica, to help cover bills, rent, and groceries. Another GoFundMe campaign is aimed at supporting the victims who were injured in the shooting, Nudieland residents who lost their roommate and friend, as well as the family and loved ones of the deceased. The funds raised will go towards medical bills, lost wages, rent, food, and other basic needs.

Police are urging anyone with information about the shooting to come forward and call CrimeStoppers or leave an anonymous tip on their website. This is a developing story.
