Nintendo has announced that the next major event in Splatoon 3, called the Drizzle Season, will begin on September 1st. This new season will bring exciting new content for players to enjoy. Among the additions are two new stages, Crableg Capital and Shipshape Cargo Co., which will provide unique environments for players to battle it out. Salmonid Smokeyard will also be making a return for Salmon Run, along with new work suits for players to customize their Inklings.

In addition to the new stages, the Drizzle Season will introduce new weapons such as the Dread Wringer and the Heavy Edit Splatling. Players will also have the opportunity to unlock new gear, participate in new challenges, and collect new cards for the Splatoon 3 Tableturf Battle card game.

To celebrate the game's first anniversary, a special Splatfest is planned for the weekend of September 8th. Players will have the chance to vote for the best leader among three characters, Shiver, Frye, and Big Man.
