Did Ukraine Destroy or Damage at Least 24 Aircraft in Russian Rear, Crimea, and Belarus?

Ukrainian Pravda reports that Ukrainian secret services and armed forces may have carried out several successful attacks on airbases in Russian regions, temporarily occupied Crimea, and Belarus, resulting in the destruction or damage of at least 24 aircraft since the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The attacks began on February 25, 2023, with the burning of a transport aircraft in Rostov Oblast. The most significant strike occurred on August 9, 2022, when Ukraine targeted the Saki airfield in Crimea, destroying four Su-30SM fighters and seven Su-24M bombers.
