Golden State Warriors' point guard, Stephen Curry, recently shared a video on his Instagram where he is seen standing still as one of his camp attendees, Bez Jenkins, leaps over him for a dunk contest-worthy slam. While the video looks impressive, Warriors fans were quick to express their concerns as the NBA playoffs approach. Fans took to the comment section requesting Curry to stay injury-free as they cannot afford to lose him ahead of the postseason. Joe Johnson also commented on the video, urging Curry to be careful as it looked like Jenkins almost took him out.
Though the video was just a promotional post, it showed the great risk that Curry took, even running the risk of getting injured. Warriors fans are concerned that the team will not perform well without Curry, and the postseason is too close for him to suffer an injury playing basketball with a camper. While Curry seems fine, it's understandable why Warriors' fans were concerned. The team needs Curry more than ever before, and the playoffs will be a crucial time for the Warriors, especially with the issues currently facing the NBA.
