Tiger Woods will tee off at 10:18 a.m. ET alongside Xander Schauffele and Viktor Hovland in the first round of the 2023 Masters. The five-time Masters champion is hoping to tie Jack Nicklaus for the most wins in the tournament's history. However, Woods acknowledged that this year's tournament could be his last at Augusta as his body continues to recover from the injuries he sustained in a car crash in 2021. Meanwhile, Scottie Scheffler, the defending champ, will begin his campaign to retain his title at 1:36 p.m. ET on Thursday. The overall forecast for the 2023 Masters features thunderstorms, rain showers, and cool temperatures, with a slight chance of rain during the opening round. Throughout the week, members of the PGA Tour Bible Study group, a community of Christian golfers, will meet to discuss faith and spirituality. Some of the pro golfers participating in this year's tournament are proud to wear their Christian beliefs on their sleeves, carrying prayer books with them on the green, marking their golf balls with a crucifix, or printing Bible verses on their clubs.
