Francisco Oropesa Perez-Torres, the suspect believed to have carried out the Texas massacre in Cleveland, had been deported at least four times since 2009, according to an ICE source. Oropesa had been shooting his rifle near a neighbour’s house when the incident occurred. Five of the victims, who were all killed, have been identified as being Honduran nationals. While Oropesa’s current immigration status remains unknown, he has entered the US illegally several times, and was deported in March 2009, September 2009, January 2012, and July 2016. The reward for information leading to Oropesa’s arrest now stands at $80,000. The FBI’s Houston office has released images of the suspect, whom they describe as “…armed, dangerous, and could be anywhere…”
