A total of 55 current NBA players will be representing their countries in the upcoming FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023, breaking the previous record of 54 players in 2019. The tournament, set to be held in the Philippines, Japan, and Indonesia, will feature a total of 106 NBA players, NBA draftees, and players with NBA experience.

The participating national teams include 10 former NBA All-Stars, including Anthony Edwards, Luka Doncic, and Karl-Anthony Towns. The United States has the highest number of players with 12, followed by Australia with 9, Canada with 7, and Germany with 4.

The tournament will also see 24 NBA teams represented on national team rosters, with the Orlando Magic, Utah Jazz, Oklahoma City Thunder, and Minnesota Timberwolves having the most players participating. In addition, there are 54 players with NBA G League experience and 16 players who have participated in the Basketball Africa League.
