St. Luke's Health System has filed a lawsuit against Ammon Bundy, alleging that he fraudulently transferred his assets to avoid paying the damages owed to the hospital. Bundy and his associate Diego Rodriguez were ordered by a jury to pay over $52 million in damages to St. Luke's following a protest in 2022. The lawsuit claims that Bundy transferred the title of his property to a friend for a reduced price in an attempt to avoid paying the damages.
